All cold cups are made with vinyl, which is prone to peeling when in contact with water; this is unavoidable due to the nature of the material. Please wash the inside of your cup only and avoid scrubbing, soaking, or immersing the cup to prevent peeling. No refunds or returns are accepted on this item, as they are custom-made and used cups and custom made items cannot be accepted as per our refund policy.
