Free Standard Shipping for UK Orders: We are delighted to announce that all UK orders now qualify for free standard shipping. This is applicable for Royal Mail deliveries only. Occasionally, we may use EVRI for certain deliveries, but the majority of orders will be fulfilled through Royal Mail unless a different shipping option is chosen.
Next Day Delivery Option: For customers who require their orders sooner, we offer a next day delivery option. This service is not free and the cost must be covered by the customer. It is available for ready-to-post items and UK stock only. “Next day” refers to the day after dispatch, not the day after ordering.
New EVRI Option: We’ve introduced a new EVRI shipping option for your convenience. Due to the recent issues with Royal Mail, We've listened to your feedback and decided to offer an alternative courier service for your convenience. While we've had some history with EVRI (formerly known as Hermes), we believe in giving them a second chance. EVRI offers benefits such as full tracking and delivery photos, ensuring your parcels are in safe hands and full protection. This option is available for select ‘Ready To Post’ or ‘UK Stock’ items only. Please check the product description for eligibility. If the item is not UK Stock it will be stated at the bottom of the product description. Regrettably, we are unable to offer EVRI as a free shipping option due to its higher pricing and the absence of free collection services, which would increase overall costs.
Updated Shipping Options at Checkout: Responding to your feedback, we now offer both free and paid shipping options at checkout. For those who prefer not to wait, paid shipping options with Royal Mail and EVRI are available, both tracked and untracked. Please note that selecting the free delivery option may result in all orders to the same address being held and sent together to maintain cost efficiency. Shipping Time Frame: Please allow 14-21 working days for order processing after the payment has been received for your order not from the orders date that the order were placed. This is because the payment processing timeline is typically received within this timeframe, we don't get paid for any orders on the same day you placed your order it takes 3-7 working days for us to receive the funds. We cannot process any orders until payment has been successfully received during this period. (THIS EXCLUDES ITEMS THAT NEED TO BE MADE, CRAFTED OR PERSONALISED!) After dispatch, the standard shipping time for UK orders is 3-5 working days unless a quicker delivery service such as tracked 24 or 48 has been selected and paid for. For NON UK items orders from international suppliers, the processing timeframe is also 3-7 working days (again after the funds have been successfully received) with the delivery to allow up to 4 weeks (working days only) due to potential customs delays. Please note processing and delivery times may take longer than the specified timeframe during busy periods. If your order is delayed due to busy periods you will be notified via email to the email address on the order. You will not be eligible for a refund if your order is delayed due to busy period as this is beyond our control. We work as fast as humanly possibly!
International Customers: Shipping may take longer due to distance and transit delays. Your patience is appreciated.
Digital Orders (e.g., Logos): Please allow 48 working hours for completion and delivery via email. If your digital product is already made e.g a Print that does not require customisation, you will receive your digital product to the email address registered on the order a few minutes after your order confirmation and payment.
Email Updates: You will receive three automatic emails: Order Confirmation, Processing email, and Dispatch notification. Please check your spam and junk mail folders for these communications. Your tracking number or reference number will be on your dispatched email in small print. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking and or reference number to be registered into the courier network, sometimes it can take time to load the information into the courier network meaning information on your package may not be available immediately.
Change Of Shipment Address: Please ensure accuracy in your shipping details before finalising your order. Once placed, we are unable to amend or change the shipping address. Incorrect spellings or errors may result in the order being sent to the wrong address, and such mistakes are not eligible for refunds or replacements. It is your responsibility to check your address before placing an order. Orders are processed promptly, making it highly unlikely that we can alter the address post-shipment. If an address change is necessary, it must be done before the order is dispatched with enough notice.
Tracking Your Delivery: After receiving your Reference or Tracking number, track your order daily to ensure it's on the correct route. We are not liable for missing packages but will assist in locating your parcel. We are not obliged to refund or replace missing deliveries as this is not covered in our lost or damaged policy. If for whatever reason this happens we will only be able to assist and advise how to claim from the Courier. We are not responsible for you directing your package to be delivered to a safe place or a neighbour and may resulting in you not receiving that parcel, you do this at your own risk.
Transit Issues: While we take great care in packaging orders, transit issues are beyond our control. If there are any transit-related problems upon receiving your order, we won't be able to provide refunds or accept returns. However, we'll gladly assist you in contacting the courier and guiding you through the claims process.
Package Marked Delivered But Not Received: If the courier marks your package as delivered and provides evidence, we are not responsible for refunds or replacements if you haven't received it. In such cases, please contact the courier directly. Please be advised that we will provide you with a non-receipt of Goods disclaimer form via email, which must be completed and returned within 48 hours. Kindly note that we can only assist you in initiating the claims process with the courier and starting an investigation, which may take up to 30 working days to conclude. Your cooperation with us, the courier, and potentially law enforcement is crucial. Please understand that providing false information may result in fines or legal action. Please be aware that we do not refund or replace items marked as delivered but claimed to be missing by the customer.

Multiple Separate Orders & Reducing Costs:We may consolidate multiple separate orders to enhance cost efficiency. This consolidation aims to enhance cost efficiency in postage and packaging, this may potentially elongating the specified turnaround time. Tracked Services Availability: Please note that our tracked services are exclusively available for ‘Ready To Post’ items and UK stock. We cannot extend tracked services to non-UK stock items. Non-UK Stock Items: All non-UK stock items are dispatched on standard postage only, as the majority are shipped directly from our supplier warehouses. This is to ensure a more efficient delivery time, as receiving items at our warehouse first would significantly prolong the process.

Incorrect selection may result in a delay, as we will need to contact you to confirm the delivery option.
