SHIPPING: Please allow 14 - 21 Working days for your order to be processed and dispatched and a further 3-7 Working days to arrive once shipped, this excludes Handmade and Personalisation orders.

ALL PERSONALISATION ORDERS ARE A 21 WORKING DAYS TIME FRAME for processing and dispatched…Dispatched meaning left our warehouse and on it’s way to you and then a further 3-7 working days to arrive once shipped. We have this time frame for a few reasons which are due to the current postal strikes, a precaution incase anything unexpected happens resulting into processing times being delayed and simply because we are a Small Business with limited members of Staff. We usually aim and complete to get all orders packed, processed and dispatched within a few days after the Order has been placed. Once your pretty pink parcel has dispatched your parcel should only take 3-7 Working days to arrive, unless you have chosen next day or 48 hour delivery. 

Please note that if you have chosen Special Delivery/ Next Day postage this does not mean you will receive your Order next day after purchasing it means once dispatched you will then receive your order the next Working day. This is the same process for our First and Standard class postal services with both Royal Mail and CollectPlus.

ORDER UPDATES: You will receive three automatic emails from us… First email being your Order Confirmation, Second email being your Processing email and the Third and final email being your Dispatchment notification with your Tracking/ Reference Number. (Please note you will not receive a Tracking number if you have chosen a non - Tracked postal service, this will only be a Reference number which will only provide you with details once they aim to deliver your parcel.

Once you have received your Reference number or Tracking number please make sure you track your order daily to make sure it’s on the correct route as I’m afraid we are not liable for any missing packages.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING DELIVERY: Please note some issues may happen whilst in transit, upon receiving your order if there happens to be any issues that are very clearly a transit issue then unfortunately this is not covered in our damages or refunds policy and therefore we will not refund or accept any returns for this as we are not liable for Courier faults but in the rare occasion that this may happen we can advise you on how to claim back from the Courier. Rest assured we quality check all of our orders and package with care and protection before packaging and shipping your pretty pink parcel. 

MISSING PACKAGES: Once your order has been shipped please keep an eye on your tracking details to make sure that your pretty pink parcel is on the correct route as we are not responsible for any packages going missing. If you happen to notice that something doesn’t quite look right please contact us immediately so we can advise you on how to contact the Courier to find the whereabouts of your parcel. 

CONTACTING ABOUT YOUR ORDER: You should not be enquiring about the whereabouts of your Order unless it has been over the Time Frame stated, Please keep an eye out for your automatic emails and please check SPAM folder as sometimes these emails can end up in the SPAM folder. If you have a general query about your Order or need to confirm something then this is fine but please make sure you contact the relevant email address for Beauty related enquiries or for any Boutique enquiries. 

EMAIL RESPONSE TIME: Please allow 48 Business hours for a response to your email.
