📑 Customer Order Reservation Policy 📑

To ensure that all orders are handled efficiently and with loyalty and to offer flexibility to our valued customers, we have established the following new policy for orders requested for specific dates due to being let down and messed around a lot recently on orders. It’s a waste of our time and isn’t fair so this new policy has now been implemented to save our time from being wasted.

Deposit Requirement:
- If you are wanting to place an order for a specific date a A non-refundable deposit of 12% for non handmade and personalised items and a non-refundable deposit of 15% for handmade and personalised items is required for all orders with a specified fulfillment date. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your order and is non-refundable under any circumstances even if you do decide to not go ahead with the order and cancel it.

Deposit Payment Deadline:
- The deposit must be paid on the same day of order discussion and arranging the order for your specific date. If the deposit is not received within this time frame, your order will not be confirmed or reserved.

Order Confirmation:
- Once the deposit is received, your order and selected date will be confirmed. The remaining balance will be due on the date you have stated you will be ordering.

Cancellations:
- Cancellations must be made at least 4 working days prior to the scheduled order date. If an order is requested to be cancelled after you have paid in full for your order, we will not be able to approve the cancellation because as soon as we have received full payment for orders we get on to ordering the stock and starting the order process straight away so this can’t be reversed once started.

- Any requests for changes to the order must also be made at least 4 working days in advance before you make your full payment for your order on your scheduled order date. We will do our best to accommodate your changes, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

Flexible Payment Plans:
- We offer manual payment plans for those looking to break down their payments into manageable installments. Please contact us directly for more information on this.

- For those who prefer using credit services, Clearpay and Klarna are available through our website, subject to eligibility.

Changes to Agreements:
- As a company, we retain the right to modify agreements or payment plans where necessary. Any changes will be communicated to the customer in advance.

- All payments, order terms and delivery times are subject to our general terms and conditions and other policy’s such as order processing and delivery shipments which can be reviewed on our website.
