Our chocolate is 100% Belgian, and we collaborate with three high end confectionery companies that possess all necessary licenses and food standard hygiene certificates. This ensures that our products are not only delicious but also safe and made in a clean and sterile environment.

 

No Return/Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we maintain a strict no return and no refund policy under any circumstances on all confectionery items. Once sold, these items are considered final sale.

 

Damaged Goods: In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please do not consume the contents. We advise you to dispose of the items immediately for your safety. While we take great care in packaging our products securely to minimise damage during transit, we cannot control the handling by couriers and, therefore, are not responsible for any damage that occurs after dispatch.

 

Handling of Brittle Items: Our confectionery delights, such as chocolate slabs and biscuits, are inherently brittle. While we ensure that our packaging is robust and designed to protect these delicate items during transit, the nature of such products means they may be prone to crumbling or cracking. We want to assure our customers that every effort is made to safeguard against damage, but we must also remind you that Thornton’s VIP Princess Boutique cannot be held responsible for any breakage that occurs once the parcel is in the hands of the courier service.

Chocolate is susceptible to melting and can lose its shape and texture when exposed to high temperatures. While we take precautions to maintain the integrity of our products, such as using insulation when necessary, we cannot guarantee that heat exposure during delivery will not affect them.
