2. Shipment Timing: As part of this policy, we will optimise the timing of your shipments. Some items in your orders may already be in stock, ready for immediate dispatch, while others may necessitate ordering during our weekly stock deliveries.
3. Consolidated Shipping: Once we have accumulated all relevant items from your separate orders, we will proceed to package them all together in one big shipment rather than sending out multiple packages costing more in postage and packaging. This not only streamlines the delivery process but also significantly reduces postage and packaging costs.
4. Stock Availability: Please note that the consolidation process may involve waiting for items that are not currently in stock. We assure you that this delay is minimal and contributes to the overall cost savings for both the Company and our valued customers.

We can assure that nothing is changing other than we will be waiting and sending multiple separate orders to the same address altogether in one delivery going forward to save on costs rather than shipping them all separately.
