Free Standard Shipping for UK Orders:
We are delighted to announce that all UK orders now qualify for free standard shipping. Please note that this is applicable for Royal Mail deliveries only. Occasionally, we may have to use EVRI for certain deliveries. However, the majority of orders will be fulfilled through Royal Mail unless you have chosen a different shipping option.

Next Day Delivery Option:
For customers who require their orders sooner, we offer a next day delivery option. Please note that this service is not free and the cost must be covered by the customer. Next day delivery is available for ready-to-post items and UK stock only. Please note that this does not mean that you will receive your order next day after you have placed your order. It means you will receive it next day once your order has been dispatched.

New EVRI Option:
Introducing our new EVRI shipping option! Due to the recent issues with Royal Mail, We've listened to your feedback and decided to offer an alternative courier service for your convenience. While we've had some history with EVRI (formerly known as Hermes), we believe in giving them a second chance. EVRI brings you benefits such as full tracking throughout the delivery process and delivery photos, ensuring your parcels are in safe hands and full protection. Please note that this option is available for select items labeled as 'Ready To Post' or 'UK Stock' ONLY, so please check before ordering. If the item is not UK Stock it will be stated at the bottom of the product description. Regrettably, we are unable to offer EVRI as a free shipping option due to its higher pricing and the absence of free collection services, which would increase overall costs.

Shipping Time Frame:
Please allow 3-7 working days for order processing. Please note that this means 3-7 working days after the order date not from the orders date that the order were placed. This is because the payment processing timeline is typically received within this timeframe, we don't get paid for any orders on the same day you placed your order it takes 3-7 working days for us to receive the funds. We cannot process any orders until payment has been successfully received during this period. After dispatch, the standard shipping time for UK orders is 14-21 working days. For Inspired and NON UK items orders from international suppliers, the processing timeframe is also 3-7 working days (again after the funds have been successfully received) with the delivery time once shipped taking up to 4 weeks (working days only) due to possible customs delays. Please note all non UK stock comes directly from our Suppliers to you. For in-stock orders (Home stock) for UK customers, please allow 7 working days for processing, dispatch, and delivery.

International Customers:
For non-UK customers, please be aware that shipping may take longer due to the distance and potential transit delays. We appreciate your patience as this is beyond our control.

Design Orders (e.g., Logos):
For design orders, such as logos, please allow 48 working hours for completion and delivery via email. Please note that the completion time may vary depending on the complexity and workload required to create your digital design.

Email Updates:
You will receive three automatic emails from us for your order: the Order Confirmation, Processing email, and Dispatchment notification with your Reference/Tracking Number. Please note that non-tracked postal services will only provide a Reference Number, and tracking information will only be available once the courier attempts to deliver the parcel. Please ensure that you check your spam and junk mail folders as sometimes these emails can end up there and get missed.

Tracking Your Delivery:
After receiving your Reference or Tracking number, we advise tracking your order daily to ensure it's on the correct route. We are not liable for any missing packages. In case of any concerns, please contact us immediately so we can assist in trying to locate your parcel, we are not obliged to refund or replace missing deliveries as this is not covered in our lost or damaged policy. If for whatever reason this happens we will only be able to assist and advise how to claim from the Courier. We are not responsible for you directing your package to be delivered to a safe place or a neighbour and may resulting in you not receiving that parcel, you do this at your own risk. 

Transit Issues:
While we take great care in packaging orders, transit issues are beyond our control. If there are any transit-related problems upon receiving your order, we won't be able to provide refunds or accept returns. However, we'll gladly assist you in contacting the courier and guiding you through the claims process.

Package Marked Delivered But Not Received:
If the courier marks your package as delivered and provides evidence, we are not responsible for refunds or replacements if you haven't received it. In such cases, please contact the courier directly. Please be advised that we will provide you with a non-receipt of Goods disclaimer form via email, which must be completed and returned within 48 hours. Kindly note that we can only assist you in initiating the claims process with the courier and starting an investigation, which may take up to 30 working days to conclude. Your cooperation with us, the courier, and potentially law enforcement is crucial. Please understand that providing false information may result in fines or legal action. Please be aware that we do not refund or replace items marked as delivered but claimed to be missing by the customer.

Order Enquiries:
Please refrain from enquiring about your order's whereabouts until the specified time frame has passed. If you have any general queries or need to confirm something, feel free to contact the relevant email address for beauty, boutique, or designing-related enquiries.

Multiple Separate Orders & Reducing Costs: In our ongoing effort to optimise costs, if you happen to place multiple separate orders, kindly note that we may consolidate them. This consolidation aims to enhance cost efficiency in postage and packaging, this may potentially elongating the specified turnaround time. Rest assured, we will hold all your orders until completion and ship them all as one comprehensive shipment.
